Volunteering for your child's school can be both a rewarding experience personally, and an important part of ensuring they receive the education they deserve. Any amount of time you can volunteer supports our executive members. 

Volunteering could look like:

• 30 minutes on a Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday distributing hot lunches to classrooms. Sign up here.
  
• Helping to run the concession or the projector at a Movie Night
• Be a Classroom or Pod Parent Rep to help communication flow smoothly through the Nelson community
• Helping to distribute fundraiser purchases (card art, Purdys orders, etc) to classrooms

​ One of our more active committees is the Anti-Oppression Working Group, which is seeking volunteers with diverse voices.
